The Alpine SWR-1522D subwoofer system delivers smooth, loud and distortion-free bass and has built-in features designed to optimize it's performance. The unit measures 15 inches in diameter, and this high performance subwoofer has a power handling capability of 2000 watts. The RMS is 750 watts. The fiber cone is made of kevlar/pulp. (Kevlar is the material in bullet-proof vests). The Alpine SWR-1522D boasts a high amplitute multi-roll santoprene surround frame with a cast aluminum perimeter vented heat transfer.

The SWR-1522D will give you the most bass for your buck. This subwoofer feature a shallow mounting depth, and only requires a small amount of airspace making it the perfect choice for a large range of subwoofer boxes. This subwoofer is made to bump. It can handle a big amount of wattage and it does not sacrifice any sound quality, due in large part to the state of the art materials it are produced with.
