Infinity BassLink II
March 14, 2009 by admin

The Infinity Basslink II is basically a 250 Watt, car subwoofer system, making use of a class D amplifier along with two subwoofers, 10 inches each. One of these is active and the other is a passive radiator. What stands out about this product is the amount of innovation gone into it.
It has definitely got some new features and technologies incorporated into it, such as the square shape of the subwoofer and passive radiator. By doing this, Infinity seems to have aimed to achieve maximum cone area causing tremendous bass output from this medium sized device.
And Infinity certainly does achieve what it intended to, as customers do seem to be happy! In fact, many have reported to be blown away by the sound after installing the Basslink II with Infinity Kappa speakers. What many people seem to like about the product is how it takes up such minimal space and still produces a rich, deep quality of sound.

Small is definitely in! It can easily be installed within $100, and that's all it takes for a hair raising experience. A good point to note is the high sound quality it produces even at high distortion levels. It comes in a nice black color, and its dimensions are unbelievable at just 15.1 inches in depth, 15.3 inches in height and 8.8 inches in width.
Another advantage of the BassLink II is that while it gives great listening pleasure inside the car, it poses very little nuisance to the people out on the streets as it's not audible from the outside. All in all, a great product for Hatchbacks and SUVs, this one from Infinity certainly does deserve 5 stars for just exceeding expectations.
