JL Audio 13w7
JL Audio put over 30 years of research into car audio design and as a result has produced the legendary 13W7 subwoofer and you will hear that engineering in the music that is produced using the JL Audio 13w7. The JL Audio 13w7 subwoofer was produced using advanced technology. You'll get smooth, high-quality bass output, even at extreme levels. This subwoofer really delivers and leaves it's competitors in the dust.

Some superb features of the 13w7 include W-Cone: a dish-shaped outer cone is supported by a second W-shaped inner cone attached to the the sub's voice coil structure. These lightweight mineral-filled polypropylene cones respond rapidly for accurate, distortion-free bass without unwanted coloration each and every time they play.

They are designed with 'OverRoll', the over-sized polyether foam surround that extends over the edge of the mounting flange for more bass output without sacrificing linearity. With their

Floating Cone Attach Method(FCAM) cone-bonding technology, they keep the voice coil centered during long excursions.

The 13w7s come with elevated frame cooling and cross-drilled pole-piece. The cone movement pumps air through the vents in the frame and machined holes in the pole piece, keeping the voice coil cool, so there is no worry of over-heating.
